Our spa is a peaceful place for healing, relaxation and wellness education. We ask that you cooperate with our policies so that everyone can enjoy their magical experience here.
Guests are here for relaxation, please try to keep excessive noise to a minimum.
For the respect of all spa guests' tranquility, cell phones are not permitted in the treatment areas. Please turn off all the electronics devices. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early on your first visit to allow time for our brief intake form, change, relax and get ready for your spa experience. We retain the right to refuse service to anyone that appears to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances. Services may be denied at the discretion of management.
Payments
We accept, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Spa Gift Certificate, & Cash. For your protection, identification is required when you pay with a debit-credit card.
Prices and treatments are subject to change without notice. In certain instances, our fee schedule may change before our website does. Please confirm them with our reservationists while booking your appointment. The rates don’t include NY sales tax.
Reservations
We strongly recommend you to book your session 24 hours in advance. Walk-in guests are welcome; however, scheduled appointments have priority. We don't book sessions via email, we only take reservations by phone. A credit/debit card number is not required to book a session; for this reason, we would really appreciate your phone call if you are late or not able to come.
Gift Certificates & Spa Packages
To purchase a Spa gift certificate please call us at 917-945-6944 or purchase it directly at our location. Certificates must be presented at the time of redemption. Our Spa packages & gift certificates are non-refundable non-transferible or exchangeable and are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Gratitude
Our prices do not include gratuities. It's up to your discretion as to the amount you would like to tip. Feel free to provide larger gratuities for exceptional service.. We are grateful for your generosity, but we no longer can charge tips, so please bring cash for our talented therapists. Thank you kindly. Medical conditions Please alert your therapist if you: have muscle or joint injuries, are using Retin-A, Accutane, or any photosensitizing or keratolytic medications, or have had recent laser or plastic surgery. Any of the above conditions may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment.
Your Therapist
During your treatment let your therapist know if you feel any discomfort or would like special attention on a particular area. The best treatments will come from honest communication with your therapist.. The entire spa staff is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality service in a prompt and efficient manner.
Attire
You will be given a robe and spa slippers to change into before your treatment, when receiving a facial, massage or body treatment, feel free to wear your own undergarments, or even a bathing suit.. We also can provide you with disposable undergarments if requested. Cleanliness In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service and treatment.
